System Requirements:

A live electrical outlet under or near the sink

(an easy install for any electrician)

A minimum of 40 psi water pressure at point of installation

(an optional booster pump can remedy this)

A chlorine free water supply if using the TFC membrane.

(a CTA membrane will work just fine in a chlorinated environment)

(an optional carbon prefilter will remove chlorine if a TFC membrane is desired)

 

Maintenance:

Periodic replacement of the RO membrane, DI module, Prefilters, and Postfilters are necessary. Periodicity varies based on the raw water quality and usage.

 

Warranty:

Factory exclusive lifetime warranty for parts, except for module changes and abuse. Two year limited warranty on electronic components.
